We fell in love with these gorgeous blackened tools. The founder of this small Pennsylvania company was inspired by the American Arts and Craft tradition of woodworking, tile-making, and decorative arts in the region, as well as turn of the century architecture. Beginning his career as a furniture-maker, he has been exploring and refining hardwood cooking tools since the late 1970's. These blackened cherry tools are elegantly simple, carefully balanced, delicate yet sturdy. |
