knife is good quality and the left handed lady who is the judge said to let you know that and says thanks. and i might add the response and service extended by the staff lefty's is far better and customer friendly than most stores today and I thank you for that

this serrated chef's knife is great- I got perfect slices of veggies with ease, which lefties know can be virtually impossible with standard righty knives (if you are using them with your left hand).
