This set includes our most exciting new items. Our new ambidextrous stick-resistant wave pan, with gentle dips on both left and right, was designed by an award-winning French cookware designer. Though the 9" cast aluminum pan can be used for many types of food preparation, it was specifically intended to prepare the most delicate omelets, crepes, and pancakes, and then to slip them out either side without breaking. The French designed Y peeler and cheese shaver has a reversible super light and hard, clean and odor-free, ceramic blade, and can be used to peel either towards or away from the user.
Items designed specifically for lefties include four useful and exceptionally well-designed cooking tools: the 15" Joyce Chen bamboo spoon, two of the elegant and velvet smooth cherry wood spoons (the potsitter designed to sit on the pot's edge and matching saute stirrer), and the colorful large flexible slotted spatula. Other lefty specific items include the German black-handled can opener, Clauss kitchen shears, and custom Lefty's Crab Claw cooking mitt. Two other ambidextrous items complete the set: the dual sided colorful melamine ladle, and the remarkable collapsible measuring cup.

Features
- What makes these products left handed?
- The wave pan is ambidextrous with dips on both sides of the pan designed for pouring, sliding food out without a spatula, and easy access for flipping omelets.
- The crab claw mitt has heat resistant fabric on the bottom when used in the left hand.
- The Clauss kitchen shears are true lefty shears, with the blades reversed so lefties can see what they are cutting, and an ergonomically designed lefty grip. These scissors are industrial strength, engineered to meet the demands of continuous daily use, and carry a lifetime warranty.
- Joyce Chen spoons, cherry potsitter and saute stir spoons, and flexible spatula are angled for lefty use, with the leading edge down when held in the left hand.
- The ceramic Y peeler/shaver is ambidextrous. It's ultra-hard ceramic blade is reversible, so lefties and righties can set the peeler up to peel either away or towards themselves.
- The ambidextrous ladle has pour spouts on both sides, and the collapsible cup has markings designed to be read when held in either hand.
- The can opener turns counter clockwise, so that lefties can use it without turning the can as they must do with right-handed openers.
