We're excited to offer Lefty's wonderful new line of ultra ergonomic soft grip left-handed knives. The 13-1/2" long bread knife, with its stylish black and orange rubber coated handle, has us buying lots of crusty bread just for the joy of using the knife, though of course it will work on almost anything. These knives are great fun to use.
With soft-grip handles made from Nylon 6
covered with Megol rubber, the knives have a non-slip surface that provides
a comfortable and safe grip. The knives are dishwasher safe. Blades are made of AISI 420
Stainless Steel alloyed with Molybden & Vanadium, ensuring they will hold their sharpness for a long time.
We've studied left-handed knives extensively, and have found that the bread knife is, hands down, the most popular. Because it is serrated, even righties can make it work, so it can be kept in a mixed kitchen.
