Great knife, misrepresentation of size. |

I must take some personal responsibility of course, because I clearly didn't check the product specs; however, typically the knife "length" shown represents the length of the blade, not the entire knife. As a pastry chef specializing in cakes, I specifically needed a 12" blade and was obviously overzealous in my purchase, excited by FINALLY finding what I need (or so I thought). It is a fine knife for the price. I will shop here again, remembering that this is one place that happens to display the entire knife length instead of the traditional blade length.
