I bought this for my 6 year old.
He loves it. It's corrected his finger placement, and he's holding the pencil far more gently.
He thinks it's very cool that he can put his name on it, so it doesn't get lost at school.
PROS dictated by my son:
-It is comfortable
-It looks cool, Dad!
-Noticed an immediate improvement on how hard he
holds the pencil
-Immediately noticed better letter formation
-Finds it easier to write with, and for longer
-He feels very "important & special" having his own left-handed pencil
CONS:
-It's small. It fits his hand perfectly now, but as he get's older it simply won't do. As soon as he hits his teens, there's no way it will be comfortable.
-There needs to be an adult sized version of it. I was really hoping it would be big enough that I could use it.
90% of my office work is done in pencil. I bought it for my son, but was hoping it would be large enough that I could also buy one for myself. After testing it, it's a no-go for adults.
