Great Customer Service!
I had a problem accessing a promo code for a special on spiral notebooks.  It took Customer Service a few days to get back to me,  however, it appears they compensated me for the error by giving me an extra notebook :)

My brother was in a terrible accident that left him partially handicapped and was forced to use his left hand because his right arm was messed up but his life has triumphed into nothing less than great! Nice quality, cute phrase, love it. A bit pricy but since the store was out of stock of the larger kit I wanted that included many of the items I purchased separately for free shipping, I figured I'd rather buy something overpriced than get nothing (pay for shipping)

I really meant to order mouse pad.  I lived in SF for 55 years & loved your store at Pier 39.  Now live in Henderson, Nv.  I am giving this as a gift & now embarrassed to give this as $14.00 plus dollars is silly for a pad tho message is cute.  Oh well.
