I searched the net for left handed kitchen shears--a Christmas present for my wife. I paid more than the shears cost to get them shipped to Canada in time for Christmas. They arrived in time but when my wife started to use them this week she discovered that they don't cut paper (the blades may be misaligned) and when she grips them in her left hand and opens the scissors they fall apart immediately (the bolt that is designed to open the shears for cleaning doesn't keep them together in normal use. I can return them, but I don't want to pay that postage again from Canada to the US. What are my options?? Thanks. GTC
