In the world of online ordering, there's little which can rise above the spoiled expectations of the typical American consumer; either the transaction is perfect, or it is flawed. There's little opportunity for someone to "go above and beyond" or "make for a better experience". Either it's perfect, or there's something to complain about. It is unfortunate for the vendor that excellence is no longer seen as an excess to separate one from another; it is simply expected.
That said, this entire transaction, from search, to purchase, to delivery, to product satisfaction, was absolutely perfect.
