My mum is a lefty, and has been protesting life's inconveniences more and more lately. Like knives, scissors, can openers and even doors! So I bought her this set for Christmas (she loved it, said it was the best gift ever).
I however, on receipt of the knives in the mail, noticed something. The bread knife and the chef knife had swapped packaging, so such that the bread knife was labelled chef knife and chef knife was bread knife. I was also disappointed to find that the "wood finish" styled handles were actually not wooden at all, but plastic.
