These scissors are great. I just had to replace a pair we have had for several years. My son is in a special needs class and a friend used them one day and they ended up broken.  

The original pair has lasted many school years.

I am right handed. I broke my right wrist and have a cast to below my elbow. Quite the challenge opening packages and things. Then I found Lefty's website and ordered thes scissors. These have helped so much. Also i appreciate the excellent service. The product arrived in a timely manner.

I received the scissors in a few short days from order and they were exactly as described. I am giving them to my hubby as a stocking stuffer, so can not comment on the scissors yet, but the quick (especially this close to Christmas!) delivery was impressive. Good scissors. My one concern was the gross over-packing of the item for shipping. Manufacturer packaging + wads of newspaper + a corrugated box 50x larger than the item was serious overkill. A waste of resources all along the chain, from trees felled to fuel burned to get the product here. Since the scissors were already securely packaged by the manufacturer, a simple padded envelope likely would have provided both adequate safety and prevented damage.

These scissors are a good  quality product at a reasonable price. They blades are rigid and sharp, and the cutting action is smooth and effective. A definite step up from cheaper scissors.
