Got my new Left-Handed 8" Excalibur Chef's Knife today and immediately sliced some crusty "french bread". Unbelievable! Even I, who has spent my life trying to convince others how necessary these left-handed products are was shocked. The knife cut easily, with little effort, but that could be said of any sharp knife. What was amazing was that the cuts were all straight. No drifting off to the left. Now I can look like a pro at the dinner table when I carve the turkey or roast beef. No more embarassing fat chunks of meat or weird slices of bread. Thanks
