5 of 5 Left Handed Set September 25, 2013
Reviewer: Kathy Sanchez from Hendersonville, TN United States
As an Occupational Therapist I feel that left handed children need left handed scissors and they really benefit from using the mat that tells them and the teacher how to correctly place their paper.

2 of 5 I wish I'd read more carefully January 26, 2013
Reviewer: Valerie Stagaman from Richardson, TX United States
Thought that this kit would provide more INSTRUCTION in addition to the materials.  I had also hoped, that being sold from the left-handed store, that the dry-erase markers would be better for left-handers.  I may as well have used what I have for all the ink that is still on my son's hand.

5 of 5 My Little Lefty September 24, 2012
Reviewer: Valerie from Pekin, IN United States
I bought this for my son in 1st grade to help in his writing. Since then, he has been getting better reports on his writing and his formation of letters. I am SOOOO happy that this site and it's product has helped a struggling youngster blossom into a productive and normal 1st grader. Thank You!!

4 of 5 Starting out in Kindergarten with good habits August 9, 2012
Reviewer: Janna Jennings from Benton, AR United States
I purchased this set for my 5 yr old to start kindergarten.  The mat is exactly as described with paper positioning guides on one side and letter formation guides on the other.  The writing tablets are glued at the top and would work equally well for right or left-handed children.  Other than the Lefty's label on the cover, there is no difference.  I purchased this mostly for the positioning mat and did not realize that the other items weren't something specific for lefties.  I am happy with my purchase and would buy it again just for the mat.  It is harder to break poor habits than to prevent them in the first place.  I ordered an extra for my lefty niece who is also starting kindergarten.

4 of 5 Dry-erase markers a little tough on lefties November 1, 2011
Reviewer: Erin Albright from Boerne, TX United States
My 5 yr. old son loves this placemat, but with his left-hand smearing over the dry-erase marker, he was all blue once he finished working.  I think he will have better luck with the paper tablets!
