I ordered this as a replacement for one I purchased for my fiance last Valentine's Day.  He managed to break it even though it seems to be a sturdy product! It is wrapped under the tree as I type and I just know he is going to love it. He used the last one all the time while remodeling the house.

Although I am not a lefty, this tape measure is perfect for us to show measurements of products for online photos on our e-commerce site.  Only comment is the locking mechanism is tight to slide, but hopefully it will loosen up as we use it.

This was a gift for my 4 1/2 year old left handed grandson in Texas.  It was delivered to him at most one week after I placed the order.  He loves getting mail and he loves the tape measure.  Now he hopefully will leave his Dad's tape measures alone.  Thanks!

I bought this for my son for a Christmas gift so he hasn't seen it yet, but I'm also a lefty and may order one for myself too. I have spent my whole life looking at upside down numbers on tape measures. How nice to be able to finally read them the right way! It seems to be made well, good and sturdy, so it should last a long time.

considering orders are now being placed for Christmas, i would have hoped the item would have been secured in the shipping box so that the outer card would not have arrived beaten up.  otherwise i was pleased with the order being shipped in such a timely manner
