This was a gift for my niece, who graduated from high school Tuesday. She was completely thrilled with the goodies, especially the left-handed spiral notebook.

She explained in great detail to her parents how that was going to work for her. She sounded like a salesperson for Lefty's.

She recognized the pens from previous purchases I'd made from you. I got a big hug. I'm the only soul who gets her left-handed things.

Thank you for making her day brighter! I am the good uncle, once again.

There was an initial issue with my shipping and my item was not scheduled to arrive on time for a gift exchange. I emailed asking the status and received a personal call back from the owner the same day. She said she would send another with overnight shipping to ensure I received it in time! When I asked about the second item since I would then have two, she said its on the house as a thank you for my troubles. What incredible customer service! Companies don't seem to run like this anymore, and it was a very pleasant surprise.

Giving this to a 15 year old girl who loves to write, but has a problem with being left handed. I thought this would be a good gift for her. It has a lot of things she could use and work with. She has never had any left handed items.

When we got to Ohio, I opened the package from Lefties. I double checked to see if everything was there. It was all there but I had been emailing to Kelly at Lefties and she said that they would put an extra gift in for my niece and their wasn't anything else. She told me to email her the order number and I did immediately after I placed the order. Also, when I removed the pens from the notebook, the little bit of glue tore the cover up. You should look into either not gluing the items or just packing them without it.

My granddaughter was delighted I found you (and then to discover you have been in SF all these years!) We will visit your store. She picked out the supplies for a birthday gift. She will be 10 and is proud to be a lefty. Very prompt service.
