My only concern with the entire order was the powdery, white film found all over the bread knife's blue handle. Even after a few wipes with a damp cloth, the film could still be seen and could not, completely, be removed. The only thing I can think of is that the abrasiveness of the Velcro loop securing the knife to its packaging created the residue by friction. Strangely and thankfully, this was not an issue with the paring knife which was also secured with a Velcro loop. I do not believe this will be an issue for the recipient but I am further comforted by your generous return/exchange policy, should it be necessary for me to use it.
