  • 7.5" Stainless steel blade.
  • Non-slip synthetic rubber handles look like wood but are soft and comfortable to hold.
  • Blade is beveled on the right side to counter the natural twisting motion when slicing. Allows accurate cutting for lefties!

I'm disappointed in the chef's knife.  Can't tell that it is left handed.

Bought a paring knife not so long ago.  Loved that immediately.
